Place the nozzle on your tongue, press your lips together and lean over the sink. Set the lowest pressure value with the rotary regulator. Turn on the power button with your free hand. Gently move the nozzle to the center of the tongue approximately halfway up the length and pull forward with gentle pressure. Repeat the entire procedure several times.
