RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow bleaching cream 15 ml

The RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow bleaching agent lightens your brows by up to three shades and helps you match your brows with your hair and skin quickly and easily.

How to apply:

Mix 2 centimeters of color with a creamy oxidizer (not included). For protection, use RefectoCil pads and then apply the bleaching agent to dry, non-greasy eyebrows or eyelashes with a stick until they are completely covered with paint. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, depending on how many shades you want to lighten.

Wipe off excess paint with a cotton swab and clean with water and a special RefectoCil paint remover. Keep your eyes closed until they are completely clean and rinse with water if hit.
