If necessary, remove varnish from the nails. Spread the solution evenly on both socks, put the socks on the soles of your feet, fix them in the ankle area with a safety belt and stay still for 60-90 minutes. Remove socks, rinse feet with lukewarm water and dry them. For the subsequent foot treatment, we recommend using Naturquelle FOOT regenerating foot balm (not included).

Before use, apply a small amount of the product to the inside of the forearm to avoid an allergic reaction.
