Instructions
1-3 cups a day, 1-4 months regardless of food. Then a break of 6 weeks, then the peel can be repeated. The tea is slightly diuretic, it is advisable to increase the daily fluid intake.
Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) into boiling water (200-250 ml) and infuse for 10-15 minutes.
