Exfoliate or remove an old tan. Wash off deodorant, perfume and make-up. Apply using your hands (don't forget to wash them afterwards) or application gloves. For dry areas: elbows, fingers, wrists, knees, ankles, insteps, apply a moderate layer. Let it dry on your skin and then get dressed. Leave the product on for 4-6 hours. For a darker shade of tan, apply daily.
