How to apply: 
Aero 1 Hour Express self-tanning foam creates a quick tan effect. Before applying the foam, use peeling or exfoliating gloves, the skin must be clean and free of all moisturizing products. Apply a generous amount of foam in the palms of your hands or in a tanning mitt. Then apply to legs, arms and body in long, sweeping motions. Apply the rest of the foam to the face, elbows and knees. For a long-lasting dark tan, rinse the skin after 1 hour. If you want to achieve an even darker shade, leave it on for 2-3 hours. Shower with warm water and gently pat the skin dry.
