Double Effect Shampoo first dissolves scabby horn cells and soothes the scalp thoroughly with dandruff. The combination of both anti-dandruff drugs - salicylic acid and octopirox - is a dermatologically very suitable complex because it takes into account all the dermatologically relevant aspects of dandruff cosmetics:

2. Effect:
Dandruff-free hair skin is now ready for a caffeine complex. Double Effect Shampoo contains highly dosed caffeine, which penetrates the hair roots even during hair washing. The presence of caffeine in the hair roots is detectable after 120 seconds of action. In the hair roots, the complex of active ingredients forms a 24 hour reservoir that protects them from sagging.
Use
Leave the shampoo on your hair for 2 minutes. Then rinse.
